Business Intelligence Manager

Job Summary

Leading data-driven initiatives, the full-time Business Intelligence Manager will consolidate, integrate, and manage data across multiple lines of business to provide actionable insights and enhance reporting capabilities, with the option to work remotely or from Cincinnati.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee data management initiatives, ensuring accurate and actionable information for business decision-making
• Develop and enhance dashboards, operational reports, and ad hoc analyses to improve visibility into portfolio performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement data solutions and streamline reporting processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related field
• Strong technical expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience in managing data from multiple enterprise platforms and knowledge of data governance best practices
• Proven experience leading teams and managing multiple priorities in a client-focused environment
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements
