Business Loan Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance the Lending Division's customer service, the full-time salaried VP, Business Loan Specialist will assist applicants with loan applications, maintain communication throughout the lending process, and cross-sell company products while working onsite.
Key responsibilities
- Contact and advise customers on loan application status and necessary actions
- Process loan applications accurately and maintain updated customer information in the Referral System
- Cross-sell additional Newtek products and services to enhance client relationships and support business growth
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field
- 1-4 years of customer service experience, preferably in sales or lending
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with financial reports, including business and personal tax returns
- Intermediate computer and phone skills
