Job Summary

Leading the growth and management of Sony's Crystal LED product for the Virtual Production business, the full-time Business Manager - California will develop go-to-market strategies, analyze market trends, and collaborate with internal teams and customers to drive category success in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a subject-matter resource for Virtual Production LED, translating technical and customer requirements into actionable business strategies
• Provide market intelligence and strategic recommendations to product development teams, including competitive analysis and future product opportunities
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to establish business targets and identify growth opportunities for the Virtual Production LED category

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in business management, product management, or a related role within the professional display or technology industry
• Strong understanding of professional display technologies and virtual production workflows
• Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and collaborate effectively with sales organizations and internal stakeholders
• Proficiency with business intelligence systems, including SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
