Business Operations Advisor

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted advisor, the full-time remote Business Operations Advisor will conduct initial assessments of member businesses, focusing on P&L analysis, while identifying opportunities for improvement and facilitating connections with specialized advisors.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial reviews of member P&L statements to assess business health and identify areas for further exploration
• Provide actionable feedback and recommendations to enhance member experience and drive positive outcomes
• Deliver data-driven insights through analysis of key metrics and trends, and present findings in summary dashboards and reports

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in business operations with substantial exposure to optometric practices
• Comprehensive understanding of all aspects of an optometric practice
• Proven ability to perform business assessments and identify profit opportunities
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving skills
