Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Business Operations Analyst will partner across various business units to provide analytical support, drive strategic business decisions, and create dashboards to enhance visibility into key performance indicators and trends.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with business units to leverage data-driven insights for strategic decision-making
- Provide analytical support using Excel and other tools such as SQL and Tableau
- Create dashboards to visualize KPIs and assess marketing effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Math, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of relevant business experience with a focus on analytical problem-solving
- Exposure to various business models and functions
- Exceptional Excel modeling skills; experience with SQL is a plus
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across teams
