Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting cross-functional business operations initiatives, the full-time remote Business Operations Analyst will analyze data, manage reporting, and collaborate with leadership to enhance operational effectiveness and quality improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conducts trend analysis and assists in implementing recommendations focused on financial and operational improvements
• Collects and interprets qualitative and quantitative data to support exploratory data analysis and operational performance metrics
• Collaborates with various departments to document workflows and develop user-friendly tools for measuring customer experience management initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or 6+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or data analytics
• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, and Visio applications
• Understanding of healthcare delivery systems, including CPT, ICD-10, and billing codes
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage change effectively
