Business Operations Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the patient financial services system-wide, the full-time Business Operations Analyst will serve as an internal liaison, troubleshoot workflow issues, and analyze receivables while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a resource for other departments, coordinating with Billing System Analysts and revenue cycle leadership
- Identify, review, and resolve workflow or system issues impacting receivables through data analysis and problem-solving techniques
- Provide targeted and general training classes to users in collaboration with internal departments
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- AAHAM or HFMA certification preferred
- Minimum three (3) years of relevant systems and analytical experience
- Minimum one (1) year experience with EPIC information systems in hospital and/or clinic settings preferred
