Job Summary

To drive impactful analytics and insights within core business areas, the full-time remote Senior Associate, Business Operations & Analytics will define problems, analyze data, and provide actionable recommendations to support growth, product development, AI, and strategic partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define business questions and ensure analyses address relevant issues
• Build reports, run analyses, and design experiments to surface insights that influence key metrics
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, driving decisions and outcomes

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech environments
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL or Python
• Proven track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering impactful results
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to leadership
• First principles thinker with a proactive ownership mentality
