Job Summary
Supporting the Styling team remotely, the full-time Business Operations & Workforce Management Analyst will develop workforce plans, analyze operational performance, and partner with leadership to enhance productivity and client experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain workforce capacity models to align Stylist capacity with client demand
- Lead high-impact projects to optimize work output and design KPIs that improve Stylist efficiency
- Build actionable dashboards and analyses using SQL and BI tools to aid decision-making for Styling leaders
Required qualifications:
- 5-7+ years of experience in workforce management, capacity planning, or financial/operational strategy
- Deep expertise with WFM tools and confidence managing staffing without a workforce platform
- Advanced data skills in SQL and business intelligence tools
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with proven results
- Proficiency in utilizing AI tools for analysis and task automation
