Business Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Business Operations Analyst will manage end-to-end partner operations, ensuring data integrity and compliance while serving as the primary contact for partner inquiries and operational escalations.

Key responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end partner operations including onboarding, deal registration, and reseller support
• Manage partner account setups and maintain cross-system data integrity
• Produce SOPs, training materials, and drive automation for operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of Channel or Sales Operations support experience
• Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational excellence
• Demonstrated participation in process improvement initiatives or project management
• Extreme attention to detail with strong analytical thinking skills
