Business Operations Director

Job Summary

As a strategic and operational backbone for the Infrastructure Data Centers team, the full-time Business Operations Director will manage the end-to-end operating model for executive leadership, serve as a trusted advisor to VP+ leaders, and drive transformational initiatives while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the operating model for IDC's executive leadership team to ensure strategic alignment across multiple VP-led organizations
• Architect and lead the rhythm of the business, providing visibility into critical workstreams, risks, and investment decisions
• Drive large-scale organizational transformations, including reorgs and operating model redesigns, while building alignment across senior stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting within complex technical organizations
• 5+ years of experience as a strategic partner to VP or C-suite executives in large organizations
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical complexity into strategic and operational clarity
• Proven track record of designing scalable operating models and governance structures at the enterprise level
• Experience crafting compelling narratives for senior audiences across various formats
