Job Summary

Driving complex, cross-functional initiatives, the full-time Business Operations Lead will operate remotely to enhance efficiency and alignment across stakeholders while managing end-to-end project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that advance pod-level objectives by identifying opportunities and ensuring stakeholder alignment
• Build and operate scalable workflows and processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and throughput
• Leverage data tools to extract insights and inform decisions, synthesizing findings into clear recommendations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in operational roles at high-growth companies, preferably in consulting, finance, or business operations
• Proficiency with AI and data tools (e.g., Looker, Excel, SQL) for insights extraction and workflow streamlining
• Ability to deconstruct complex problems into structured components and work through ambiguity
• Experience designing systems with scalability in mind, anticipating bottlenecks and iterating based on feedback
• Strong coordination skills to align priorities across teams while building trust through transparency and accountability
