Job Summary
To support strategic initiatives, the full-time remote Business Operations Lead will drive complex, cross-functional projects with end-to-end ownership, influence organizational alignment, and translate data into actionable insights.
Key responsibilities

Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Business Operations, Management Consulting, or equivalent roles
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA is a bonus
- Mastery of influencing at the executive level and driving consensus among senior leaders
- Exceptional strategic thinking capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data into business recommendations
- Strong financial and operational acumen, connecting execution metrics to P&L impact
