Business Operations Manager
Job Summary
Partnering closely with senior sales leaders, the full-time Business Operations Manager will drive strategic decision-making and business operations execution in a high-growth SaaS environment, focusing on forecasting, go-to-market planning, and performance reviews, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the business operating rhythm, including pipeline councils and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
- Support sales forecasting and scenario planning to aid leadership decision-making
- Lead the go-to-market planning process as part of the annual sales strategy cycle
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, RevOps, Consulting, or a similar role, ideally within a SaaS company
- Proven experience supporting executive leadership and driving data-driven decision-making
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with Hubspot CRM
