Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

Owning the operational management of deposit products, the full-time remote Business Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of existing and new savings accounts, ensuring compliance and scalability while collaborating with cross-functional teams and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations for existing savings plan accounts and new high yield savings accounts, monitoring product health and operational KPIs
• Serve as the primary operational contact for bank partners and internal stakeholders, facilitating partner relationships and meetings
• Develop and refine operational procedures, addressing issues and ensuring clarity in complex situations

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy, or Product Operations
• Strong project management skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on metrics
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven track record of thriving in ambiguous environments and driving operational excellence
