Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Business Operations Senior Manager will oversee the Payment Integrity Department's programs and processes, focusing on operational performance, cross-functional collaboration, and the integration of AI solutions in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the daily health of operations by monitoring turnaround times, clearing backlogs, and ensuring optimal queue health
• Oversee operational performance, maintaining a feedback loop between productivity and audit accuracy
• Design, test, and launch scalable workflows while managing change and tracking post-launch KPIs

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in business operations or operational leadership
• Proven track record of driving change and achieving measurable results in fast-paced environments
• Experience in operational execution, escalation management, and problem-solving
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses
• Experience in a health tech or healthcare technology environment is a plus
