Job Summary
To support data-driven decision-making, the full-time Business Performance Analyst will extract and manipulate data, develop analytical models, and create dashboards while working on-site with one remote day per week.
Key responsibilities
- Extract and join data from multiple sources for comparative analysis
- Develop and maintain analytical models to assess the value of business initiatives
- Create and validate dashboards, including technical documentation and data definitions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
- 2 years of analytical experience in Healthcare, Consulting, Finance, or Analytics with a Bachelor's Degree, or 0 years with a Master's Degree
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Cognos
- Experience with SQL or non-SQL tools for data querying and manipulation
- Preferred experience in financial modeling and pro formas
