Business Performance Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex projects and priority initiatives across the Technology and Data Portfolio, the full-time remote Business Performance Manager will develop budgets, conduct variance analysis, and oversee risk management while ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow plans while adhering to cost control processes
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of integrated master schedules, ensuring accuracy and optimization of schedule logic and resource loading
• Facilitate risk identification and mitigation strategies, maintaining risk registers and producing periodic reports for leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• 10+ years of experience in project controls or project management supporting large-scale capital projects
• Certifications such as PMP, EVP, PSP, or PMI-SP are strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with cost engineering, scheduling, earned value management, and risk analysis
• Advanced proficiency with project controls software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and strong Excel and data analytics skills
