Job Summary
Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Business Performance & Insights Manager will serve as the analytical engine for the Residential Business Unit, focusing on business performance, decision support, and strategic analysis to enhance growth, retention, and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary business performance and analytics partner, providing insights that inform leadership decisions
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, conducting root-cause analysis to support strategic planning
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reviews, ensuring leadership receives timely and actionable information
Required qualifications:
