Business Performance Manager
Job Summary
Transforming data into actionable insights, the full-time remote Business Performance & Insights Manager will analyze business performance metrics, support leadership decisions, and identify growth opportunities while evolving into a leadership role.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary analytics partner for the Residential Business Unit, providing insights that inform leadership decisions
- Proactively identify trends, risks, and performance gaps, conducting root-cause analysis to support data-informed decision-making
- Develop executive dashboards and performance reviews to enhance visibility into key business outcomes and improve reporting automation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Operations, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in business performance, analysis, or operations analytics
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects and translating data into strategic recommendations
- Strong proficiency in business analysis, quantitative analysis, and structured problem-solving
- Experience managing or developing analysts is preferred
