Business Performance Manager

Job Summary

To support the Human Genetics team, the full-time remote Business Performance Manager will manage performance and implementation efforts, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans and measurable outcomes across Amgen's R&D functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to create an integrated roadmap that outlines strategic priorities, outcomes, and resource needs
• Develop and maintain a performance framework that connects strategy to measurable indicators and synthesizes insights for decision-making
• Coordinate implementation across various teams, ensuring alignment and resolving dependencies to facilitate effective execution

Required qualifications:

• Doctorate degree, or Master's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, or Associate's degree with 8 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical R&D, human genetics, or genomics
• Proven ability to translate strategy into implementation roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects
• Strong skills in performance management and business analysis
