Job Summary
Partnering with Support and Education leaders, the full-time remote Business Planning Partner will manage business reviews, build capacity plans, and analyze performance metrics to drive actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare data and write sections for quarterly business reviews alongside Support and Education leaders
- Analyze performance and learning adoption, providing actionable insights to improve operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define customer risk signals and align metrics across departments
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years or Master's degree with 6+ years in business planning or operations analytics within a SaaS or technology company
- Experience in building capacity or workforce planning models
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Demonstrated ability in scoring, segmentation, and trend analysis with a history of influencing leadership decisions
- Collaborative approach with strong communication skills for engaging with senior leaders
