Job Summary
Providing service to annuity contract holders, the full-time remote Business Process Analyst will respond to inquiries, process transactions, and enhance customer relationships while utilizing multiple electronic systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to requests from annuity contract holders regarding their products and benefit plans
- Research and discuss options related to policy provisions and transaction requests
- Support special campaigns and maintain professional relationships with customers and insurance clients
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma is required
- 2 years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuities is required
- Elite customer service experience is required
- Understanding of insurance products and related administrative processes is required
- Employment contingent upon passing background checks and drug screenings
