Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

To support a client's wireless network transformation initiative, the full-time Business Process Analyst will conduct process analysis, mapping, and program management, collaborating with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to understand current processes and business needs
• Map and document current-state processes, identifying gaps and recommending future-state processes
• Support program planning and execution across business and technical teams while applying process improvement methodologies

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree
• Experience in process analysis, mapping, and improvement
• Experience in program or project management
• Proficiency with process mapping tools such as Miro and Visio
• Telecom or wireless network experience preferred
