Job Summary
Leading strategic banking transformation initiatives, the full-time Business Process Consultant will drive process optimization and ensure successful program delivery in a hybrid work model while serving as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, facilitating governance forums to ensure alignment and successful program outcomes
- Lead business process assessments, identify improvement opportunities, and develop recommendations that drive operational efficiency and business transformation

Required qualifications
