Business Process Consultant
Job Summary
To support a critical operational assessment, the part-time Business Process Consultant will lead discovery sessions, document current processes, and develop a prioritized roadmap for improvement across Operations, Order to Cash (O2C), and Procure to Pay (P2P) in a remote consulting engagement lasting 8 weeks.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and interviews with key stakeholders to assess current processes
- Document current-state processes using swim lane methodology and identify inefficiencies and control gaps
- Develop a prioritized process improvement roadmap and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business process engineering or management consulting
- Demonstrated experience conducting current-state process assessments in complex organizations
- Strong experience in developing process maps and workflow documentation
- Experience with Order to Cash (O2C) and/or Procure to Pay (P2P) processes
- Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management (BPM)
