Business Process Improvement Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as an internal consultant and Lean/Continuous Improvement expert, the remote Business Process Improvement Associate Principal will lead enterprise deployment of Lean activities, coach cross-functional teams, and drive operational excellence across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full Lean cohort lifecycle, including design, delivery, coaching, and sustainment
• Provide hands-on Lean and CI coaching to engineering, manufacturing, and site leaders
• Act as an internal consultant to assess processes, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate structured problem-solving

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Lean, continuous improvement, or operational excellence
• 10+ years in leadership roles influencing cross-functional teams or multi-site operations
• Demonstrated experience in team mentorship coaching leaders and technical teams in Lean principles
• Bachelor's degree or higher in industrial engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent experience
• Lean Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification
