Job Summary
Driving operational excellence through data analytics and process optimization, the full-time Business Process Improvement Manager will identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives while developing dashboards and reporting solutions in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements across Global Quality
- Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting solutions that support business objectives
- Act as an internal consultant by analyzing business needs and recommending technology-enabled solutions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business process improvement, operations, or analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in LMS and QMS platforms, reporting tools, and data visualization solutions
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and reporting automation
- Experience with process improvement methodologies and business intelligence platforms
