Business Process Lead

Job Summary

To support Project Falcon, a hybrid full-time Business Process Lead will define and govern business process standards, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Defining and governing the business process framework, standards, and lifecycle controls across Project Falcon
• Developing and maintaining process modeling standards, templates, and governance controls
• Partnering with Process Owners and Workstream Leads to create detailed end-to-end process designs

Required qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience
• Significant experience in business process management within large-scale ERP or transformation programs
• Strong process modeling expertise and experience implementing process governance frameworks
• Experience supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA or digital transformation initiatives
• Certifications in Business Process Management, Lean Six Sigma, or related fields are desirable
