Job Summary
To drive operational excellence, the full-time Business Process Manager will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, focusing on Salesforce product ownership, business process management, and administration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, defining product vision and roadmap
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, facilitating sprint planning and stakeholder reviews
- Manage platform support, enhancement requests, and user adoption initiatives across Salesforce
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce platforms
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Business Process Manager
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Salesforce Administration
- Proficiency with Salesforce automation capabilities and configuration
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
