Business Process Reengineering Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Business Process Reengineering Analyst will serve as a thought partner and technical coordinator for a SaaS solution migration project, focusing on designing and implementing a consistent work tracking methodology using Jira.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal leadership to develop a work tracking framework that integrates across various organizational levels
• Translate strategic methodologies into actionable Jira configurations, including boards, workflows, and dashboards
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management to ensure adoption of the new tracking processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of technology experience, with at least 5 years in business process engineering
• Proven experience in designing work tracking and reporting processes within large organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills, with experience engaging both executive and team-level stakeholders
• Ability to obtain DHS Public Trust security clearance
