Job Summary
Supporting the Department of the Interior modernization program, the full-time Business Process Reengineering Analyst will conduct process discovery and redesign, analyze data using Python and SQL, and develop clear future-state workflows while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct structured reviews of current-state workflows and document bottlenecks and root causes
- Analyze process data using Python and SQL to measure changes in cycle time and error rates
- Create process documentation and implementation materials to support redesigned workflows
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in process analysis or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Python for data analysis and SQL for querying data
- Experience producing current-state and future-state process documentation
- Ability to work independently and learn unfamiliar processes quickly
- Must successfully complete background investigation and credentialing for a Moderate Risk Public Trust position
