Business Process Specialist
Job Summary
To optimize processes and enhance reporting for the Aircraft Health Management Sales organization, the full-time remote Business Process Specialist will manage sales operations, improve workflows, and develop analytical dashboards while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Support day-to-day sales operations, including onboarding, quoting, and pipeline management
- Design and document standardized business processes across CRM and ERP systems
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to measure operational performance and identify process improvements
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Process Improvement
- Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as HubSpot and Acumatica
- Strong analytical skills with experience in building dashboards and data analysis
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
