Job Summary
To enhance organizational effectiveness, the full-time remote Business Process Specialist will develop staffing models, conduct workforce analytics, and serve as a liaison across business units to streamline processes and implement improvements.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain staffing models and work analytics based on workflows
- Conduct workforce impact analysis and collaborate with stakeholders to assess organizational effectiveness
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and enforce enterprise-wide governance processes
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in insurance, business, or a related field
- Seven years of experience in operations management, analytical development, and workflow design
- Two years of experience in an insurance organization
- Certifications in quality management or data analytics preferred
- Demonstrated project leadership experience is highly preferred
