Proactively identifying and engaging top talent, the remote Business Recruiting Sourcer will manage the candidate lifecycle for various roles, utilizing advanced sourcing techniques and tools to build pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the top of funnel candidate lifecycle from initial contact to handoff to recruiters
- Proactively identify passive talent using Boolean search techniques and craft effective recruiting communications
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define position requirements and build talent maps for ongoing recruitment efforts
Required qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, preferably in a high growth tech or SaaS environment
- Strong Boolean and X-ray search skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools
- Proven track record of high volume outreach with strong response and conversion rates
- Ability to assess sales resumes for attainment, tenure, and trajectory
- Comfortable working with weekly goals and clear metrics in a fast-paced environment
