Job Summary

To support technology initiatives, the full-time Business Relationship Manager will establish strong partnerships with senior leaders and stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions in a hybrid or fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with IT and business departments to influence technology initiatives that enhance operational efficiency
• Monitor stakeholder satisfaction and address feedback to ensure a mutually beneficial relationship between IT and business units
• Facilitate discussions to align business unit needs with IT service offerings, while communicating project ROI and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in business relationship management or a related field
• Preferred background in the legal industry
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and synthesize information for actionable decisions
