Business Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
To support business operations, the full-time Associate Principal-Business Solutions Analyst will formulate business scope, conduct functional analysis, and develop solutions while working remotely with occasional onsite visits in Chesterfield, Missouri.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct functional analysis, requirements definition, and application module configuration and testing
- Identify and resolve gaps in business processes, including user documentation and data migration
- Develop functional specifications and manage the installation and tuning of modifications
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least twelve years of relevant technical or business work experience
- Experience with UKG Integration Developer/Lead and designing integrations with HRIS and payroll systems
- Deep understanding of information systems and business processes
- Expertise in process design, reengineering, and requirements documentation methodologies
