Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

Formulating and defining business scope and objectives, the full-time Revenue Business Solutions Analyst will perform functional analysis, application configuration, and testing while working remotely to support scheduling, billing, and data processes.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct functional analysis and develop functional specifications for application modules
• Identify and resolve gaps in business processes, including data migration and reconciliation
• Provide support to end-users for application configuration and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• One to two years of relevant technical or business work experience
• Knowledge of requirements management and process design methodologies
• Advanced computer skills with an understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle
• Experience in business writing and documentation
