Business Solutions Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance business processes, the full-time Business Solutions Analyst will perform systems analysis, conduct needs assessments, and facilitate the planning and implementation of new business information systems in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses to identify opportunities for new or improved business process solutions
- Act as a liaison between internal and external customers to translate functional requirements into technical specifications
- Plan and participate in systems implementation while providing post-implementation support and ensuring adherence to information security policies
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a business/systems analyst in data exchange, EDI, or API-based integration projects
- Experience with REST API requirements analysis, including OpenAPI/Swagger specifications
- Familiarity with Azure API Management from an analyst/documentation perspective
- Proficiency in writing and maintaining requirements trackers and API documentation
