Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

To support the development of improved business information systems, the remote, full-time Business Solutions Analyst will apply analytical processes, conduct needs analyses, and serve as a liaison between customers and technical teams over a 12-month duration.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform needs analyses to identify opportunities for new or improved business process solutions
• Conduct feasibility studies and develop functional and systems requirements and specifications
• Plan and participate in systems implementation and provide post-implementation support

Required qualifications:

• 5 years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects, with at least 3 years in business systems analysis and design
• 3+ years of experience in data exchange, EDI, or API-based integration projects
• Bachelor's degree required, with additional qualifying experience substitutable on a year-for-year basis
• Experience with REST API requirements analysis and familiarity with Azure API Management
• Proficient in writing and maintaining requirements trackers and API documentation
