Business Solutions Consultant
Job Summary
To support the implementation of Etrieve software for educational institutions, the full-time Business Solutions Consultant will manage client onboarding, collaborate with project teams, and ensure successful utilization of products in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Ensures clients achieve success during onboarding by delivering exceptional support and guidance
- Collaborates with Project Managers and Technical Solutions Consultants to meet project deliverables and configuration needs
- Consults with clients to identify and document business processes related to document workflows and provides training on Etrieve solutions
Required qualifications
- Experience in software implementation, particularly in K-12 or Higher Education sectors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify business processes and problem-solve effectively
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical clients
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within project teams and contribute to client success
