Business Solutions Director

Job Summary

To drive operational strategy and technology initiatives, the full-time Business Solutions Director will manage the development and execution of strategic roadmaps, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure project deliverables align with business success goals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic goals and vision for assigned workstreams, integrating with other roadmaps
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics to ensure project deliverables are on time and within budget
• Act as a product evangelist, developing awareness and adoption of solutions while preparing executive-level presentations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technology field
• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in the P&C insurance industry or with a technology company serving the industry
• Proven leadership track record within insurance organizations or technology firms
• Strong domain expertise in insurance systems and business applications software development processes
• Project management skills, including defining scope and maintaining project plans
