Job Summary
Managing key enterprise systems within mortgage operations, the full-time remote Business Solutions Manager will oversee technology solutions, establish strategic direction, and ensure seamless integration of systems while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Own and manage the technological aspects of core loan servicing systems and platforms
- Lead the Business Solutions process, ensuring operational efficiency and security of key systems
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and external vendors, maintaining relationships throughout the system lifecycle
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business, finance, or a related field
- Technical or operational leadership experience in a mortgage servicing or lending environment
- Experience managing large-scale projects and service providers
