Business Solutions Manager

Job Summary

To support RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC, the full-time remote Business Solutions Manager will coordinate business and technology initiatives across the Contact Center & Communications Technology portfolio, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and effective execution of projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Own cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and deliverables across teams
• Develop and maintain execution plans for key initiatives, tracking progress and managing risks and dependencies
• Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and technology capabilities

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience coordinating complex business and technology initiatives, preferably in mortgage servicing or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
• Experience supporting technology implementations or operational process improvements
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and drive actionable recommendations
