Business Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Managing key enterprise systems within mortgage operations, the full-time remote Business Solutions Manager will oversee technology solutions, establish strategic direction, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and manage the technological aspects of key operational systems, including Core Loan Servicing systems
• Act as the primary liaison for solutioning, maintaining, and operating technical systems, both vendor-provided and internally developed
• Lead business solutions initiatives to support new revenue opportunities and ensure seamless integration between enterprise applications and third-party vendors

Required qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, business, finance, or a related field
• Technical or operational leadership experience in a mortgage servicing or lending environment
• Experience managing large-scale projects and service providers
• Proven ability to deliver quantifiable results and improve operational performance
• Strong skills in project management, including managing timelines and budgets across multiple stakeholders
