Business Solutions Manager

Job Summary

To support RoundPoint Mortgage Servicing LLC, the full-time remote Business Solutions Manager will coordinate and advance business and technology initiatives across the Contact Center & Communications Technology portfolio, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and effective execution of projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Own cross-functional initiatives across the Contact Center Technology and Communications portfolio, ensuring alignment on priorities and deliverables
• Develop and maintain coordinated execution plans for key initiatives, tracking milestones, risks, and progress from planning through implementation
• Evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, computer science, finance, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience coordinating complex business and technology initiatives, preferably in mortgage servicing or financial services
• Demonstrated ability to manage interdependencies and timelines across multiple teams and stakeholders
• Experience supporting technology implementations or operational process improvements
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate performance and drive actionable recommendations
