Business Strategy Analyst
Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and improve business performance, the full-time remote Business Strategy Analyst will analyze data across various internal systems, manage corporate reporting, and provide actionable insights for sales and client success teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze business, financial, customer, product, and operational data to identify trends and opportunities for performance improvement
- Maintain dashboards and reporting for key KPIs, corporate OKRs, and prepare decision-oriented reports for leadership and Board reviews
- Analyze MarketAI and competitive data to identify revenue and retention opportunities while creating tools to support sales and client success initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, analytics, or related field preferred; or equivalent experience
- Minimum of three years' experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or related fields, with automotive industry experience preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or financial systems; familiarity with NetSuite is a plus
- Strong ability to convey analytical findings to various stakeholders, including sales teams and senior executives
