Job Summary
Driving strategic analysis and business planning, the full-time remote Business Strategy Director will focus on mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, and delivering actionable insights to executive leadership and the Board of Directors.
Key responsibilities
- Lead structured strategic analyses and planning workshops with cross-functional stakeholders
- Support M&A strategy and execution, including market analysis and integration planning
- Develop post-merger integration plans and assess competing operating models for effectiveness
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, or strategic consulting
- Demonstrated experience in M&A and post-merger integration processes
- Experience with enterprise software customer lifecycle and partner-intermediated markets
- Background in networking, security, cloud infrastructure, or SaaS technologies
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
