Business Strategy Lead
Job Summary
Defining strategic direction and priorities, the full-time remote CIDO Business Strategy Lead will shape enterprise outcomes and connect leadership intent to business results within the Strategy and Architecture portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the CIDO Business Strategy lead, translating enterprise context and leadership intent into coherent strategy framing
- Develop strategic narratives and decision-ready materials that clarify priorities and expected outcomes
- Partner with technical and business architecture leads to align strategy with execution realities and support leadership decision-making
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Information Systems, or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 10+ years, or a PhD with 8+ years
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret level security clearance
- Demonstrated experience in business strategy, enterprise planning, and transformation planning
- Experience developing executive-ready decision materials and strategic roadmaps
- Strong ability to work across business and technical stakeholders, connecting strategy to measurable outcomes
