Business Strategy Lead
Job Summary
To support long-term business goals, the full-time remote Business Strategy Lead will provide high-level analytical expertise, develop and implement customer engagement strategies, and analyze performance data to drive portfolio growth and customer retention.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of strategies to increase customer retention and drive portfolio growth
- Partner with stakeholders to design and optimize customer outreach campaigns across multiple channels
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and develop actionable recommendations for improving customer engagement and business performance
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years relevant work experience, or a combined minimum of 9 years higher education and/or work experience in lieu of a degree
- Experience developing and executing capture and recapture strategies, preferably within the mortgage sector
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with lead management tools such as Velocify and Volly
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively under time constraints
